PASINI – AZIENDA AGRICOLA SAN GIOVANNI NOVELTIES 2010
PASINI PRODUTTORI S.R.L.

-CARBON FOOTPRINT
We would like to inform you that the new photovoltaic plant, the bottles becoming lighter and lighter in weight when possible, the choice of using recycled carton and getting rid of excess wrapping paper are all energy saving actions we did to promote and to safeguard our environment. The next step is to create the Carbon Footprint for our wines, that is the quantity of carbon dioxide we put in the environment to produce each bottle of wine.
We will indicate it in each labels of all our wines
-CENTOPERCENTO
This year, 2010 is also the year of “Centopercento”, that is, our Classic method of white Groppello. It was introduced officially to the public at last year's Vinitaly and will participate to this year's edition of Vinitaly as well.
The first tirage dégorgement took place at the end of 2009 and yielding very few bottles. During the year 2011, the amount of Centopercento available will be more significant.
-SAN GIOAN I CARATI 2000
More novelties for the year; San Gioan I Carati 2000.
This novelty has its roots from the wish to tell about our territory even through the longevity of its wines. After having conserved a small quantity of our San Gioan 2000 for a long time, convinced then, of its singular quality, and constantly monitoring its evolution, we have bottled it after 10 years. As a result there are a few Valtènesi-area red bottles of wine available. For us this is a really enthusiastic testimonial for the history of our territory.
